Responsibilities
- 規劃與執行人才招募、甄選與任用過程
- 配合公司發展執行相關招募策略與計畫
- 善用不同渠道招募，並拓展招募多元管道
- 人力資源制度建立、推行與維護
- 掌握及處理勞資相關專案與討論
- 協助薪酬/績效考核相關作業
Requisitos
- 具備人力資源相關知識、面試技巧、召募任用制度設計、行政事務處理、薪酬報表彙整與管理
