管理人數: 

50-80人，包含研發和產品部門。

工作內容:

1.Plan the company's product technology development route, formulate and achieve product technology strategic direction and product technology innovation goals. And ensure alignment with its corporate business goals.

2.Responsible for core technical problems, system optimization, and solving technical problems in the process of product development

3.Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.

4.Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security and capability) and evaluate them according to established goals.

5.Instruct and participate in the completion of product requirements analysis and outline/architecture design.

6.Manage and coordinate the development team to complete the project delivery according to the development plan, timeframe and budget.

1.10+ years of software development experience as well as 5+ years of managerial experience.

2.Familiar with various software development tools, and have rich practical experience in frameworks, components and system optimization.

3.Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.

4.Proficiency of communications in both Chinese and English.
