About the job

This is a significant product leadership role in a fast-growing OTT environment. As a CPO, you will assess market competitions, know your users through data, identify growth opportunities, remove roadblocks, and set product visions and strategies. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle by leading product initiatives, coaching the product leaders and aligning with cross-functional teams the tactics and the strategies to achieve the short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and product roadmap
• Communicate the visionary goals, strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases for opportunities to relevant stakeholders including appropriate updates to and engagements with the CEO
• Lead and develop a strong product team that can support such vision and strategic goals (including product leaders, UX designers and analysts, business intelligence, product quality team and customer support).
• Team recruitment and development including culture building, training, promotion of knowledge exchange, role development and identification and promotion of high potentials and talents

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the field of product management and/or marketing for digital services
• 6+ years involvement within product development workflow, such as product research, data analysis, UX design, product engineering and/or product management
• Strong leadership and management skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
• Strong data reading and analytical skills. Be able to process data with strong logic, identify bias and apply objective perspectives before conveying the insights and making product or business decisions.
