1、具有責任心和同理心。
2、具備電腦操作能力，熟悉Word、Excel者優先考慮。
3、擅長打字，每分鐘60字或以上。
4、具備良好流暢的文字和語言溝通表達能力。
5、會有足夠的職前培訓，無需工作經驗，但需具主動積極學習態度。
6、除每月固定底薪以及每月獲得的能力獎金以外，輪值夜班另享有夜班津貼：當月夜班出勤第1-5天，每日以$500計；第6-10天，每日以$700計；第11天以上，每日以$1,000計。
