Responsibilities

• Develop sales & acquisition strategy and targets for various products, and be responsible for the country’s sales target
• Conduct market & competitive landscape research to gain market insights, identify target merchants and build a sales pipeline
• Design the targets for the sales team, and subsequently lead and drive the team for acquisition efforts to achieve the set targets
• Work closely and collaborate with other team members to ensure best-in class end-to-end sales and post-sales service, from sign-up to going live;
  
  

• 2 years+ of business development/sales experience with a proven track record of consistent target achievement. Experience in the F&B, eCommerce or Tech industry will be advantageous.
• Strong sales management and team management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince
• Highly self-driven and self-motivated with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast-paced and agile environment
