【工作內容】

• Work with product designers and founders to build a next-generation web trade application with a strong focus on client-side experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
• Continually evaluate the best technology and frameworks for our front-end products.
• Set the standard in our development team for front-end development.
• Optimize app for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
• Lead front-end development efforts and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Communicate with other team members to figure out the best solutions to resolve technical issues.
• Identify and communicate standard practices and methodologies for front-end development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with back-end system teams.

【必要條件】

• 5+ years of experience in React development.
• Essential experience: CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML, HTML5.
• Passion for UI/UX/Interaction development.
• Experience creating responsive designs.
• Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
