What you will do

• In charge of New Project and lead the team, including managing and measuring the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals, and drive engineering initiatives. Collaborate cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes effectively
• Manage 5-8 ppls, you will acting 80% in managing role and 20% in coding. Guide engineering technical strategy and roadmaps. Commitment to high code quality and delivery requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic web-based software solution, API design, and interactions between servers and clients
• Professional English fluency to work in cross-functional and international teams including written and verbal skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
• At least 1.5 years in Engineering managing role. Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, and performance management
