Job Description
We are looking for experienced ITSM Solution Architects to design, implement and maintain the enterprise ITSM capabilities for our fast-growing App services and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work on the world’s most popular and fastest-growing crypto application, ensuring our customers get the best user experience while using our app. You will be exposed to all areas of our innovative, rapidly scaling business, providing abundant opportunities for long-term career growth.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct ITSM Process assessments, and identify gaps
- Research, develop, and recommend solutions to integrate Development, QA, and production support team members, processes, and technologies to improve ITSM operations.
- Grow the team to build the company’s ITSM processes and capabilities.
- Provide expert-level analyst and advisory services, including advanced-level process automation leveraging industry best-in-class ITSM tools.
Requirements
Requirements:
- ITIL Certification in IT service management
- 5+ years of ITSM experience
- 3+ years of Cloud Service experience
