Responsibilities
- Work with management to build global HR guidance and ensure consistent policies, procedures, and practices.
- Improve employee experience from onboarding, learning and development, promotions, team engagement, and culture transformation.
- Consult with managers and execute different HR programs and initiatives, supported by HQ HR specialists, counterparts in BU, and the management team.
- Work with managers and key stakeholders to identify possible talent attrition risks and understand team needs & risks.
- Partner with the legal department and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to the management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance with labor law.
职务需求
- 8+ yr HR working experience
- Good English communication skills
- Strong foundation in HR concepts and principles
- Solid experience in HR program management across countries
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Approachable, responsive, and able to connect with employees at all levels
