工作內容
- 對用戶交易行為和交易數據進行分析，為改進產品&業務決策提出可行的意見。
- 定義關鍵產品指標並管理且改進它們。
- 通過與工程師、設計師或 BD 人員的合作，執行相關的項目分析。
- 能獨立發展該作業並擴大其該影響力，同時指導,協助同行。
Requirements
技術方面
- 3 年以上從事分析工作的經驗
- 有從數據科學的角度改進產品的熱情
- 能夠編寫複雜的 SQL 指令來查詢數據
- 熟練使用 Python、R 或 Excel 等分析工具進行更深度的數據分析
- 擁有強大的統計知識和技能，可以從分析結果中得出推論
- 能夠在小型的數據團隊中工作和探索並找尋問題的答案
- 能在工作上進行有效溝通和書寫的英文或日文程度
整體方面
- 對 Fintech 產業或 EC 產業有興趣者
- 積極致力於業務和組織的建設
- 與 NP 的價值觀一致
- 能夠獨立思考且採取行動
- Teamwork 團隊合作(不有競爭心態)
- 扁平化關係
加分條件
- 能夠自行設計 A/B 測試並對其進行分析且得到結果
- 透過可能有用的功能來防止欺詐性使用的相關經驗
- 熟練掌握 Tableau 等數據可視化技能
- 有台灣支付產業市場的工作經驗。
