Responsibilities

為測試組織提供測試策略方向規劃以及技術指導。
辨識與分析整體產品測試需求，提出/開發(自行開發或與開發/架構部門協作) 所需的測試架構、工具組合、環境。
協助團隊設計/規劃/開發功能測試、系統測試、效能測試的框架與工具。

Requirements

具備 5 年以上資訊相關經驗，並有 3 年以上自動化測試經驗，2 年以上管理經驗(有機會帶領20位團隊成員，薪資可議！）。
具有技術分享與教學的熱誠，能夠帶領團隊提升技術能力。
具有良好的溝通能力，能夠跨團隊進行問題釐清與任務協調。
具有規劃能力，能夠辨識團隊成長需求，並規劃組織發展計畫。

Nice to Have:

除了一般軟體測試外，有Web, APP 測試經驗。
有推動軟體品質提升或流程SOP 等新提案並成功落地經驗。
