工作職責

- Customer side Software issue support
- Debugging on machine
- Work with product specialists, hardware and process engineers to check on SW internal handling
- Provide accurate and sufficient info to R&D SW team support
- Customer specific software requirement analysis
- Using issue tracking tool for software issue report

- Bachelor degree of Automation, Mechatronics or Electrical engineering
- Minimum 1 years broad experience in SW design and implementation using C++ under a Windows or Linux environment
- Experience in multi-tasking application development
- Knowledge of software process, quality, version control and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of the semiconductor backend industry  
- An understanding of mechanical systems, electronics or semiconductor packaging process will be an advantage

- Expertise and methodology
  · C++ programming in a Linux environment
  · Object-oriented programing knowledge
  · Practical work in the laboratory on machine and measuring technology
  · Conceptual and analytical thinking and systematic approach

- Other requirement criteria
  · Good Knowledge of English is a MUST
  · Fluent Chinese communication is a MUST
  · Good communication skills in a global environment
  · Teamwork, flexibility
  · Self-initiative and ability to work independently
  · Discipline, perseverance, resilience
