Responsibilities

Full ownership of end-to-end recruitment process that involves sourcing, screening,
selection and even post onboarding engagement of ideal candidates.
Source for top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive
candidates via different platforms.
Develop talent pipelines, candidate relationships, candidate experience and employer
branding strategies together with the extended HR team.
Partner with business stakeholders and determine company’s talent through project
briefings and requirements while analysing hiring needs and supporting with hiring
forecasts, including talent related market research and benchmarks.

Requirements

At least 4 years of full-time recruitment experience.
Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Quick learner with a positive working attitude.
Fluency in (Listening, Spoken and Written) Japanese is a must.
