As a Business Analyst (BA) for AI-powered cloud HIS (Hospital Information System), you work as the team’s focal contact point for customers and is responsible for obtaining an in-depth understanding of customers’ business requirements. BA provides healthcare domain know-how and insight to ensure the organization’s goals, client and market needs are met.

• Work with customer’s key stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of customers’ business requirements.
• Analyze and translate customers’ business requirements into user stories.
• Create product requirement documents. Work with Product Manager to create WBS and ensure all requirements are well implemented.
• Create scenario test cases and define quality criteria. Work with SE to conduct system-wide testing and ensure quality meets customers’ expectations promptly.

• Minimum 3-year experience in medical industries.
• In-depth understanding of business working flow of a hospital.
• Experience in developing HIS.
• Verbal and written communication skills, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare, or an enthusiasm to learn.
