Responsibility
1. 通過 Engineering/Product Management 來加速台灣市場的服務.
2. 除了新功能的開發，能在系統的各個方面已透過自己的思考來推廣產品。
(例如使用 AWS 來處理因規模擴張而產生的大筆交易的性能調優/基礎設施改造，以及更高效的 CI/CD 建設。)
職務要件
- Engineering 技術方面
1. Product Management 經驗者
2. 伺服器或 web 服務開發以及操作的經驗（程式語言不限）
3. 對 Network/Database 擁有基本知識 - 技術環境
・Language︓ Ruby(RubyonRails), Vue.js
・Others︓ AWS
- 整體方面
1.對 Fintech 產業或 EC 產業有興趣者
2.積極致力於業務和組織的建設
3.與 NP 的價值觀一致
能夠獨立思考且採取行動。
Teamwork 團隊合作(不有競爭心態)
扁平化關係 - 加分條件
1.有技術開發 leader 的經驗
2.有在新創公司(開發新商業模式並處於開拓市場階段的公司)工作的經驗。
3.有台灣 EC 市場相關的工作經驗
4.有台灣支付產業市場的工作經驗。
