[職務內容]
主要負責伺服器平台上的產品開發，實現產品功能，並確保軟體產品的效能、反應速度、穩
定性和擴充性。
[責任]
1. 負責系統總體設計與核心代碼開發：應用系統架構設計、開發框架搭建、開發規範制定，核心
算法編寫，指導開發團隊進行業務模塊代碼編寫等
2. 負責優化現有產品架構，設計新的架構，解決現有技術架構的瓶頸，解決現有業務產品優化升
級的技術問題等
3. 配合 Agile 開發流程，並配合 CI/CD，DevOps 等開發模式
4. 與團隊及外部合作夥伴保持良好的關係
5. 熟悉並運用雲相關的技術與服務
6. 確保符合標準和開發的最佳方法，包括系統更新管理, 版本更新管理, 及程式碼管理
职务需求
- 7 年以上 Java 的專業開發經驗，豐富的軟體架構設計經驗，實際完成並獨立設計、改造的軟
體不少於3個
- 熟悉高性能、高並發、高可用性分佈式系統設計，熟悉RPC、緩存、消息隊列、負載均衡、分佈式事務等，並能進行系統的調優和優化。
- 有能力撰寫複雜 Multi-threading 的程式
- 有寫高負載,高流量,高併發的程式能力
- 有豐富的 Linux 指令操作和 shell script 的開發經驗
- 對 Linux 系統有深入的了解
- 有 SQL 方面的專業知識
- 有強的 SQL 效能優化的能力
- 對前端技術了解
- 能夠自我激勵並在無人監督下工作，能堅持主動完成任
