Description
- Partner with various team leaders to develop and execute the Organizational and HR strategies that foster growth, drive results and increase organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HR team to ensure a great and positive workplace for employees.
- Provide consultative advice to the management team on a variety of HR, both strategic and operational.
- Develop and execute exceptional employee experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, career framework, employer branding and employee engagement.
- Leading HRs on people-related strategies including organizational design, planning, compensation, other HR function and team building for sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR ideally gained in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor regulations, HR operations, recruitment specifics, talent management, performance, learning and development and wellbeing initiatives.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with respective team leads.
