The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, a team player, and have a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction. Since the role requires interaction with customers, the applicant should have both personality and technical skills. Strong communication skills are also necessary, both oral and written. The responsibilities of this role encompass engaging with clientele regarding maintenance and repair requirements while assisting in overseeing the Local Service Operation and providing technical guidance. This managerial position entails a practical approach towards achieving quarterly and monthly targets in various domains such as customers, personnel, operations, and finances.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of your service center's performance, ensuring continuous improvement to enhance team output and customer service. You must prioritize safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all decision-making. Financially, understanding the business, knowing the numbers, and achieving specific goals in productivity, quality, output, and cost, as well as revenue and margin, are essential. You must have technical acumen and develop a thorough understanding of all products, as well as service systems, processes, and procedures, while maintaining a passion for the company's mission, people, and customers.

Requirements

所需條件

  • Bachelor's or master's degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in customer service/sales fields.
  • Experience in leading team of 10 or more people.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and achieve objectives.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
