• A strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team.
• Provide insight and recommendations with respect to financial performance of organization’s long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
• Select and engage consultants, auditors and key partnerships.
• Provide leadership and management to the Finance, Accounting and IT team.
• Identify, develop and execute analysis of new business initiatives and partnerships.
  
• Work with relevant functions to ensure appropriate legal and regulatory compliance.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, company communication and operating systems including ERP, product website, processes, tools and control systems.
• Represent the company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials.
• Oversee cash management and AP Department, approve large payables, sign checks and authorize bank transfers.

- Position location in Vietnam or split time between home market and Vietnam

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA(Certified Public Accountant) an advantage.

- At least 5 years’ experience as SVP Finance, preferably in manufacturing.

- Strong background/experience in ERP (enterprise resource planning) with ability to specify jobs and implementation experience preferred.

- Understanding of Vietnam and US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) an advantage.

- Outstanding communication in English, other languages such as Chinese and Vietnam are an advantage.

- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence with peers and ability to motivate staff.

- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
