【Job Description】
- 負責網路基礎設施管理，包括監測、配置和維護，以確保服務水平。
- 參與網路架構的設計和解決方案的實施，制定解決方案和實施MOP，完成網路部署。
- 參與定義標準操作程序、服務基線和標準。
- 負責系統監控和事件管理。
- 監測並解決警報和故障單，提供卓越的客戶體驗服務。
- 收集運營數據，以產生關於運營績效的報告和洞察力。
- 通過主動的性能分析、運營數據收集和網路服務改進建議，提高網路的可靠性。
- 維護、更新技術文件。
- 為業務和開發團隊提供技術支持。
Requirements
【Must-have】
- 網路或相關專業學士或以上學歷。
- 1-3年的網絡工作經驗。
- 對TCP/IP基礎知識、HTTP/S和DNS有基本了解。
- 具有編程語言、網絡和基礎設施管理方面的知識。
- 熟悉系統監控工具，如Zabbix，熟悉常規監控場景和規則。
- 熟悉主流操作自動化平台，如Ansible。
- 熟悉基於雲的基礎設施部署和維護。
- 具有網路監控工具、軟件包捕獲和故障排除技能的經驗。
- 有Linux系統管理和腳本語言的經驗。
- 有Nginx配置經驗，如反向代理和負載平衡。
- 有iptables和安全策略配置的經驗。
- 有CDN服務的實施和操作經驗。
- 有CI/CD配置和維護的實踐經驗。
- 良好的服務心態和工作習慣。
- 能夠確定優先級，提供技術支持。
