Persyaratan
Responsibilities:
- run an engineering team
- track team performance and progress with metrics
- deeply understand and improve our project
- and think through problems and innovate solutions
Specific requirements:
- At least 5 years of software project management experience in an Agile development environment
- At least 2 years continuous experience working on a user-facing application
- Strong client-facing skills for understanding, empathizing with, and improving out clients’ experience
General requirements:
- You must be technically proficient, able to use GitHub and similar tools at a PM level.
- You are able to use engagement analytics to plan and prioritize feature development.
- Ability to communicate in English with colleagues while solving engineering issues.
