Job Description

3. 通過與工程師、設計師或 BD 人員的合作，執行相關的項目分析。
4. 能獨立發展該作業並擴大其該影響力，同時指導、協助同行。

Requirements
●技術方面
1. 1 年以上從事分析工作的經驗
2. 有從數據科學的角度改進產品的熱情
3. 能夠編寫複雜的 SQL 指令來查詢數據
4. 熟練使用 Python、R 或 Excel 等分析工具進行更深度的數據分析
5. 擁有強大的統計知識和技能，可以從分析結果中得出推論。
6. 能夠在小型的數據團隊中工作和探索並找尋問題的答案
7. 能在工作上進行有效溝通和書寫的英文或日文程度
●整體方面
1. 1.對 Fintech 產業或 EC 產業有興趣者
2. 積極致力於業務和組織的建設
3. 與 NP 的價值觀一致 能夠獨立思考且採取行動。 Teamwork 團隊合作(不有競爭心態) 扁
平化關係
■加分條件
1. 能夠自行設計 A/B 測試並對其進行分析且得到結果
2. 透過可能有用的功能來防止欺詐性使用的相關經驗
3. 熟練掌握 Tableau 等數據可視化技能
4. 有台灣支付產業市場的工作經驗。
