Responsibilities

HR Business Partner

• Provides guidance and oversees management of BP HR operations to attract, retain and develop people. Knowledgeable about latest industry developments.
• Advise and support local leaders and HR on people-related issues and processes including performance management, team development, career path, resource planning, employee relations and recruitment

Compensation & Benefits CoE

• Drive the completion of the semi-annual profit share and bonus process
  
• Facilitate annual performance management process including objective-setting, appraisals, and their integration with advancement and compensation. Evolve those processes to meet the needs of the changing organization and environment
• Manage the compensation and benefits process seamlessly including periodic review of structure and market position
  

• At least 7 years of prior relevant experience in HR roles (full HR function or hands-on experience in compensation and benefits), experience in change management
• Demonstrated knowledge of key HR processes
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
