Job Description

The role will develop brush/ brushless/ AC synchronous motor and related system based on customer requirements. This holder of position is the specialist for all brush/ brushless projects in Asia. Candidate need to drive both the customer and the production team in China to achieve customized motion solutions.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Collaborate globally with teams (product/quality/purchasing, etc.) and work closely with suppliers in motor development.
• Ensure adherence to development schedules in order to meet customer build requirements.
• Maintain motor drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Assemble prototypes and create test plans.
• Assist in identifying product quality issues and offer solutions to resolve them.
  

Job Skills

• Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At less 3 years of industry brush & brushless motor experience
• Knowledge of brush/ brushless/ AC synchronous motor.
• Understand motor manufacturing process.
• English e-mail writing skill.
