Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer service requests and follow up tasks
• Implement sample test measurement on in-house equipment, Inspection and maintenance on laser process head, commission and test on laser monitoring system
• Troubleshooting of customer problems and diagnosis. create solutions with our customers, make and communicate test reports to customer
• Prepares proposals and presentations and also responsible for integration support for OEM/integrator
• Organizes and participates to local trade fairs and product demonstration to customers
• On-site support customers for integration or other technical issues
• Support on-site mission and finish tasks from country director

Experience

Expertise and methodology

• Prefer master’s degree (or above) in electrical engineering, computer sciences, physics and mathematics with 2+ years of experience.
• Software (sample code) trouble shooting during customer developing stage, including C++, C#, Labview, Halcon.
• General concept of machine learning about image processing.
• Engagement to improve sample code, firmware and SDK, including corresponding manuals and throughput optimization
• Experienced in technic of laser and non-contact measurement sensors or systems
• Strong communication skills in Chinese, English and preferably German
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and work with global team of professionals
