Responsibilities

• This is a leadership role in a fast growing fintech powerhouse. As Product Director, you will guide other product leaders, remove roadblocks, lead all product initiatives, and generally oversee the entire product lifecycle.
• As the leader of the product department, your responsibility is to build deep understanding and cultivate in your team members product vision, business case, as well as compiling product planning material necessary for driving product initiatives further with clarity and consensus.
• You will be responsible for developing, defining, and overseeing our product roadmaps and managing as required for the purpose of meeting deliverables for the business. You will also incorporate the existing development backlog and establish priorities as determined by the business, consumer, and the market.

• This is a senior-level position and our ideal candidate must have more than 10 years of experience in product management in complex/matrix environments.
• Familiar with organization-wide product management methods and product delivery workflow.
• Proven product leadership; you have built and managed product teams and your former or current direct reports speak highly of you.
• High level written and oral communication skills including negotiation, presentation (both written and oral) skills and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex data and information.
