Responsibilities
- 執行人事管理之項目，包含招聘、培訓、績效評估、薪資福利審核，員工勞健保、團險以及各項稅務申報作業等
- 重構或建立起人才職涯規劃，協助或引導團隊成員建立職涯素養
- 策劃公司內部團體活動，提升團隊凝聚力和員工士氣
- 確保高效的人事與行政運營，包括人力資源管理、跨部門協作和辦公室運營
- 重構職涯階梯，制定主管培訓計畫，協助主管制定 1on1 計畫
- 監督辦公營運預算與審核，包含固定費用與變動費用的合理分配
Requirements
- 擁有行政管理、人力資源或相關領域的學士學位。
- 至少具有 3-5 年的人力資源管理經驗，新創公司經驗者優先。
- 熟悉相關法律法規和政策，具有良好的法律意識。
- 具有出色的溝通和協調能力，能夠與不同部門和層級的人員建立良好關係，促進跨部門合作和流程暢通。
