We're looking for talented Associate Sales Manager that can meet our high bar, wants to take significant ownership of parts of the platform, and is a great fit for our open, driven, and collaborative team culture.

Associate Sales Manager is responsible for introducing the CakeResume talent platform to all potential customers (especially focus on employers in Taiwan). You're self-driven, enthusiastic and passionate, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in growing business. You have an analytical approach in sales and are able to work in complex environments. You also have excellent teamwork and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
• Accelerate customer adoption
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Proactively share best practices and innovations in relation to revenue growth, product adoption, operational process, customer experience, and efficiency levers

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of work experience in sales, business development, recruitment consulting, account management, project management
• Bachelors degree and/or Masters
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the SaaS industry with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce meaningful results
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized
• Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth

Salary Structure

Base Monthly Salary * 12 months + Performance Bonus
