What Will You Be Working On？

• 規劃品牌行銷策略與形象宣傳計畫，提高品牌知名度與影響力
• 負責品牌管理與制度建立，包括溝通策略、品牌形象與識別維護等
• 品牌媒體公關行銷策略與執行，提高品牌的媒體曝光度
  • 主動建立與維持媒體關係，包括媒體合作提案、媒體採訪安排等
  • 公關新聞稿撰寫與規劃媒體採購方案
• 策劃口碑行銷與 KOL 合作，增加網路討論聲量與自然搜尋量
• 拓展行銷夥伴、異業合作的機會，爭取更多資源擴大品牌影響力

What you should have？

• 具品牌管理、品牌塑造經驗
• 具有建立/維護媒體關係經驗，熟悉新聞稿撰寫與媒體發稿採訪應對
• 熟悉品牌行銷策略規劃與專案管理
• 熟悉網紅行銷策略與執行
• 擁有良好溝通與公開演說能力，可清楚表達個人邏輯思路
• 目標導向且具自發性，能夠兼顧效率與品質，高度掌握時程進度並主動溝通

• 具有品牌端 / 媒體產業／公關公司工作經驗
• 具有活動策劃經驗
• 熟悉 CakeResume 產品與服務
