Core Job Responsibilities

• Create online/offline awareness programs and establish partnerships to grow our resume services, and match great jobs to great talents.
• Connect with key partners to grow our business including leading/innovative companies, colleges, startup and accelerator programs etc.
• Work closely with business, marketing teams and COO to launch business programs, track and analyze performance, and discuss to iterate growth strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of business development, consulting or community relations experience
• Proven experience in project management - ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing essential admin work
• Exemplary written and oral communications skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Excellent social competence and skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key individuals in the business
• At least 3 days per week
