Who you are

• Creative, smart, and self-motivated starter who have ever turn your ideas into reality by your hand
• Result-driven, always focus on driving results in a measurable way
• Be able to work independently, and can be also a great team player
• Not afraid of being failure, and always boldly go where no one has gone before
• Passionate about unlocking thousands of unknowns, crafting things by hands to solve problems, inventing things to make things better
  
• Strong command of Mandarin in both verbal and writing. Fluent in English
  

What you will do

• Prospect and pitch to business or corporate clients.
• On-board and ensure success of customers adopting the platform.
• Plan and host events on or off-campus to connect talents to great companies.
  
• Build strong relationships with students from different backgrounds, and key stakeholders from startups, leading tech companies, accelerator programs, etc.
• Work closely with the CakeResume business team to launch brand awareness programs and introduce CakeResume to potential users on campus or from all over the world.

Please note we prefer interns who can work at least 4 days a week (during the academic year) for at least 4-6 months, and prefer applicants who are able to demonstrate your uniqueness as a candidate, one that can bring value to CakeResume in cover letter in English.

There are three main stages in our interview process:

1. Video call (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
2. Take-home exercise & review
3. Onsite interview (1 - 2 hours visiting)
