Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the annual business growth, productivity and product priority goals for the Tech Employer Sales segment.
• Set overall annual business strategy to achieve goals. Identify and execute the business development opportunities that will help grow the Tech Employer Sales segment.
• Manage and develop Sales & Customer Success team and sellers.
• Meet or exceed goals associated with these objectives including key results, strategic partnerships and relevant adoption goals.
• Manage and improve executive-level relationships through key C-level engagements, reviews and speaking engagements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on the global sales priorities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of sales or sales support experience.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in online sales, business development and digital advertising sales/marketing.
• Experience with CakeResume Solutions and industry expertise, with ability to influence executives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver business strategies and relationships sustainable in the short and long-term.
• Ability to model and coach sales behaviors, including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling and building pipeline.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess performance, and ability to develop actionable insights to capture opportunities.

Salary Structure

Base Monthly Salary * 12 months + Performance Bonus
