We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional from Indonesia to join our team as a Content Marketing Strategist (Indonesian). The ideal candidate must possess proven skills and experience in digital marketing, especially in growth hacking in the Indonesian market. As a Content Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective content marketing strategies that align with the CakeResume business goals and resonate with our target audience in the Indonesian market. This role requires a deep understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions through compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Research, brainstorm, and execute strategies for growth hacking in the Indonesian markets (including but not limited to content marketing, social media marketing, KOL marketing, partnership establishment, etc.)
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that support our brand's objectives and target the Indonesian market.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, keywords, and topics relevant to our audience, ensuring our content remains current and appealing.
• Creating different types of content (not limited to SEO) through various channels to ensure a diverse web presence.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies for improved results.
• Identify opportunities for content distribution and promotion to maximize reach and engagement across different channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate our strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in SEO and web traffic metrics (eg. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.)
2. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
3. Proven experience of 2+ years in content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns and strategies.
4. Project management and strong attention to detail.
5. Able to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Enjoy communicating with others and loves testing out different ideas or approaches to reach a goal.
7. Highly motivated and accountable: you’re a self-starter who sees things through to satisfying outcomes without any strict deadline or close supervision.

Bonus Qualifications:

1. Have knowledge about the HR industry or CV, interview, job search & career development-related knowledge.
2. Chinese conversational skills.
3. Likes to stay up-to-date with tech news.
4. Proficiency in design software (including but not limited to Adobe PS, AI, AE, etc.) and Canva for team-working.

Interview Process:

Selected applicants can expect the following interview process:

1. Stage 1: 30-minute video interview (Google Meet)
2. Stage 2: Pre-interview task (5 to 7-day deadline)
3. Stage 3: 90-minute final interview conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
