We are looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to help market CakeResume to the world. Responsibilities

• Develop SEO strategies and lead our content writing team to help us drive traffic in English markets. 
• Develop content strategies and execute successful digital campaigns through social medias, emails etc. by coordinating with internal and external teams, monitoring the performance and providing insights for optimization.
  
• Make data driven decisions to achieve higher ROI for purchasing ads and digital media.
• Establish partnerships with media, bloggers, youtubers and drive massive traffic through resource exchange.
• Work closely with core marketing, business teams and C-suits to make sure CakeResume's success in product and business. Support all marketing related activities for CakeResume's global growth.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, branding, digital marketing, digital advertising and media buying, building media and influencer partnerships, and data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in working in a B2C company that targets regional/global markets.
• English Mandarin Chinese bilingual. 
• Worked at startups and/or can operate in a high growth business, and be able to adapt quickly.
• Creative & Analytical thinker/problem solver.
• Love helping everyone find a job they love.
