Who you are

As a Senior Product Manager at CakeResume, you will be working closely with an empowered product team comprised of product designers and software engineers, for leading product discovery and delivery. You are a good communicator who can talk through challenges to find the best solution efficiently.

As our users are growing fast, we are looking for talents with an objective-oriented mindset who can deliver results with absolute efficiency.

What you will do

• Understand competitive dynamics in the market, create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize what major features to build next (part of the roadmap).
• Generate user and market understanding, drive decisions on product specifications, experiment and research plans, UI/UX wireframe, sprint planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work with the business team to formulate the product roll-out strategy to meet the company vision and OKRs
• Perform solid change management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with our marketing team, business team, and recruitment consulting team to meet shared objectives and key results. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management and building tech/SaaS products in a relevant field.
• Experience in leading and managing teams of software developers and designers in an agile environment.
• Good understanding of Agile practices or is familiar with SCRUM, web development process.
• Strong project management skills. 
• Passionate about building products for people all over the world.

• Portfolio of previous application product design
• Professional English writing
• Experience in managing both web and mobile products
• Past working experience in startups
• Technical (coding) or UI/UX design background

There are three main stages in our interview process:


1. Video call (30 - 45 mins screening)
2. Take-home exercise & review
3. Onsite interview (2 hours visiting)
