▲Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in backend development (It's fine if you're not familiar with Ruby on Rails. But you have to be experienced in at least one backend language.)
• Familiar with relational database

• Familiar with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with DevOps
  
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, and etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Docker, K8s, Jenkins, and etc.

There are two main stages in our interview process:

1. 30-min video call screening
2. 2-hour face-to-face interview (including a technical QA session, group interview with the dev team, and 1:1 interviews)
