CakeResume is seeking a highly-intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated creative who loves to engage with different tech talent/smart people, leading/innovative companies.

This role will be an instrumental member of our core business team, reporting to COO. This function creates, acquires and incubates talent to facilitate an interview ready pool of prospects across a broad range of skills segments and geographies.

In this role, you will work with our recruitment and business development teams to develop innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies and programs aimed at ensuring that CakeResume's business partners(employers) are always selecting from the very best talent available. You will play a key role in enhancing our inclusive culture by helping us build networks with candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds.

To be successful in this role you will need excellent communications skills, exemplary writing ability, exceptional initiative, and a talent for collaboration and working independently. You should have experience delivering results with high standards under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate would be based in Taipei (other locations are open for discussion) with an ability to quickly establish relationships with locally-based stakeholders, and community leaders.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • (Tech) talent attraction and engagement. employer relations management.
  • Be responsible for all outbound sourcing channels - from design and planning, to goal-setting and resourcing, to the execution of innovative talent strategies that enable us to meet our hiring goals
  • Deliver a methodology for incubating internal and external talent, driving an interview ready pool of market qualified talent without the need for lengthy sourcing or posting timelines.
  • Partner closely with recruiting and business leadership to ensure we have effective talent attraction/sourcing support and coverage on all critical roles
  • Design, build and deploy a channel engagement matrix, and establish a data driven framework of talent pipeline communities to invest in
  • Reinvent the referral program and create an alumni program ensuring we are a leader for talent in the market place
  • Use historical and future talent supply predictive analytics to advise the business on location strategy, organizational design considerations and forecast time and impact to the organization.
  • Utilize agile sourcing methodologies to design sprints for newly formed teams, collaboration or strategic talent growth initiatives.
  • Act as a consultative thought partner to our clients who are across multiple geographies, leading client intake sessions, brainstorming solutions and creating sourcing strategies
  • Develop a talent branding program; positions our hiring managers to be the talent scouts of their job disciplines and ensure our organization remains an employer of choice
  • Regularly report out on progress, flag hot spots, and work

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years' of business development or community relations experience
  • Proven experience in project management - ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing essential admin work
  • Exemplary written and oral communications skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Excellent social competence and skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key individuals in the business
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary

40K ~ 70K TWD/month
