Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers for online marketing and campaigns on the company’s platform.
  • Communicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to their interaction with business platforms
  • Manage the relationship between the company and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
  • Act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to the company.

Details:

  • Working hours - Monday to Friday (9.30am – 7.00pm)
  • Relocation to Malaysia will be reimbursed (Flight ticket)
  • Free accommodation for 1 month
  • Medical: Outpatient RM600 for 1-year contract & Hospitalization RM20K & RM120 (per bed)
  • Free lunch 
  • Permanent job / Full time

  • Location: Malaysia (KL Sentral area / Nearby LRT & KTM & MRT)

Requirements

• Passion for social media, online marketing or online advertising.
• Experience in customer service and sales
• A creative mind set and understanding of customer needs
• Enjoy being on the phone with our customers
• Strong communication skills and a flair for convincing and presenting an argument
• The ability to work in an organized and structured manner
• Fluent English, native speaker (Taiwanese)
• Phenomenal attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Energetic
• Also considering fresh graduates.
