App/System maintenance

1.Receive and check issues with business users to clearly understand the issue details

2.Differentiate the new demand and bug fix comparing with the blueprint and function design

3.Communicate with business users to raise new requirement following new demand management process

4.Conduct bug-fix, test, confirm with users and then close issues

New Demand Realization

1.Propose solution, cost and effort estimation to new demands raised

2.Prepare blueprint/ function deign documentation and confirm with business.

3.Achieve app/system implementation along with vendors (if needed)

4.Participate/coordinate business users to complete test and get confirmation

5.Readiness check, function go-live/ release

1.Strong abilities on using .Net/Java/C#/HTML programming language

2.Strong abilities on Web Service/API development

3.Strong abilities on database design with MS SQL/ SQL-Script

4.Good presentation and communication skills;

5.Good command of English and Chinese both in verbal and written

6.At least 3+ years of working experience regarding digital product design, build, implement and test

7.with .Nat/Java/C#/HTML knowledge and relevant system implementation experience is preferred
