Job Description

- 處理有關各項費用支付之發票、單據及帳務處理；General accounting tasks and accounting related duties. Such as daily transaction recording, reviewing AR/AP transactions for appropriate documentation;
- 維護應付款項及相關會計帳務處理；Maintain payment related accounts on a weekly basis;
- 協助每月財務報表結帳作業及相關管理報表與分析；Assist in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation;
- 審核各項稅務如營業稅申報及各類扣繳作業；Assist in bi-monthly VAT filing and tax withholding administration;
- 年度各類所得申報之帳務準備；Assist in declaration of withholding of various types of income;
- 協助內部文件建檔和管理；Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately;
- 其他主管交辦事項；Handle any other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to support the daily business tasks and other accounting related tasks.

Requirements

Requirements 必要條件：
- 1年以上會計事務相關工作經驗（會計師事務所尤佳）；1+ years of experience in accounting (auditing firm is preferred);
- 擅長使用MS Office 及 Google Sheet, Google Doc，擁有良好的分析能力；Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word etc;
- 會計系及財務金融相關學系畢業，大學以上學歷；Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance;
- 具備中高級以上的聽說讀寫英文能力；Strong written and reading skills in Englsih.

Bonus Points 加分條件：
- 新創或電商的相關工作經驗；Experience in e-commerce or high growth startup is a strong plus;
- 具Oracle NetSuite 功能操作經驗者；Experience in Netsuite would be an added advantage;
- 具總帳與稅務經驗，具獨立處理會計帳務能力；Good knowledge in general accounting and taxation.
