We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with full funnel digital media planning and execution, and influencers with thoroughly media budget management.
Highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter. in-depth understanding with contents, OTT market & competitors, especially movie and drama binge.
工作內容【WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING】
- 數位廣告投放(包含Meta自操、關鍵字廣告、多媒體聯播網廣告、YT 、PMAX⋯⋯等)
- 數位廣告成效追蹤、分析及優化用戶訂閱
- 廣告素材規劃與執行、線上活動發想到跨部門素材製作需求單
- 具備媒體投放規劃策略、媒體預算規劃、自操廣告且與 Agency 協作的能力
- 具備 5 年廣告投放經驗或媒體代理商經驗、熟悉相關廣告數據與優化能力,能獨立作業
- 具備OTT產業知識尤佳、喜歡學習、接受新的挑戰
- Strong analytical skills – ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making, understanding of marketing measurements, and optimize against relevant KPIs & business goals.
- Strong marketing tools and analytics knowledge, including ASO, SEO, GA, FB and Meta…etc.
- Solid project management experience, ability to define projects, execute with timelines with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Aptitude to learn fast, to absorb and integrate new facts and methodologies
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot potential problems and plan to avoid them in advance.
- Creative, self-motivated and consistently willing to exceed own expectations - 5+ years of working experience in digital media buy (e.g. AdWords, social paid, retargeting campaigns, SEO/SEM )
- High attention to detail and great organization and coordination skills
- Flexible, cross-functional and have an open mindset.
- Taking ownership tasks and shouldering responsibilities
- Ability to multitask. You can handle several different tasks at different stages at once and are able to prioritize by importance
- Google Adwords and Analytics and Facebook blueprints certification will be Plus
- A movie/drama lover who is always enthusiastic about the contents.
