About the role
This role is for perspective applicant who specializes in providing guidance in software quality control / assurance. We are looking for high achieving individuals who has the passion to achieve high quality results. Someone who possesses the knowledge and know-how to improve the quality of our software in every aspect. Also, someone who know the way to achieve better results by implementing better methodologies, eliminating bad development habits, and setting higher standards without clotting the pace of development.

Job Duties

• In charge of the design and development of quality assurance procedures, processes and standards to ensure alignment to company's quality policy and local regulatory guidelines
• Designing quality assurance systems, including the development of SOPs, quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques
• Work with infrastructure team in qualification, validation of equipment and facility
• Have stakes in handling of complaints, deviations, and change control
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in practices and processes
• Maintain all controlled document files and quality records in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide training to employees on quality awareness and offer technical assistance to production on quality and process improvements as well as trouble shooting when necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in science related courses
• Demonstrable experience in the field of software quality control / assurance
• Experience in Saas based platform (preferred)
• Certificate in quality management system (preferred)
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDP and PIC/S GMP practices, standards
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
