The Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual) at Circles.Life is a vital role where you get the unique opportunity to contribute towards building a progressive culture at a rapidly growing organisation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and team managers, challenging status-quo, contribute ideas, and implement agendas - all at a pace that is exacting, but nonetheless, exciting.

Responsibilities include:

- Designing test cases for use by QA and development to ensure all information systems meet minimum company standards and end-user requirements
- Manual Testing such as Regression, GUI, Functionality, Browser Compatibility and UAT
- Developing Test plan, Test cases (Regression) and other documents for end to end cases for UAT
- Working with the other IT application teams as well as the business teams responsible for user acceptance testing to determine test environment requirements
- Ensuring successful deployment of new functionality for each enterprise release
- Providing test issue resolution by working with the other members of the QA and development teams
- Providing validation of existing technology to ensure stability and accuracy of test environments
- Determining Test environment Requirements from other IT application in support of each IT enterprise release
- Working closely with the Development team to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed

Requirements

- Passionate about Technology and Disruptive model
-1 to 3 years working experience as Quality Engineer/Analyst
- Experience with the Applications like: JIRA (Bug reporting/track) and / or Zendesk (Customer support) will be a big bonus
- Experience in SDLC & Defect tracking tool will be preferable
- Ability to create test plan and processes from scratch
- Experience in testing software such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Katalan is a plus
- Experience with a mobile app, performance, and scale testing will be a huge bonus
- Good in analyzing and framing test strategies and procedures
- Good communication skills
