As Director of Operations, you will lead the company in building a high performance work culture underscored by team engagement and operating efficiency. 

This role will report to the CEO, and you will work closely with company leaders to strategize and develop plans that usher in new levels of productivity and growth at citiesocial.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities (begin with 2-3 areas, then scaled over time)

• Ensure effective daily operations of the business while identifying and implementing process improvements that maximize operating efficiency and focus resources on high yield initiatives. You will own the roadmap for maximizing operating yield and regularly align strategy and objectives with the executive team.

• Develop and implement business intelligence tools and processes that provide visibility on progress against goals and business insights that inform decision making

• Work closely with HR and department leads to grow talent density by implementing talent recruitment and development best practices

• Work closely with customer service and logistics teams in designing and implementing strategies and tools that exceed customer expectation and strengthen brand value

• Bonus: work closely with finance and accounting to optimize return on capital and achieve financial goals
