We are looking for a mechanical engineer to join us in developing an innovative medical instrument. You will assist in the development of a highly disruptive automation solution, from prototype to mass production, which is a complex and challenging task.

• Responsible for product-related mechanical design, optimization, simulation and manufacturing;
• Assist in the establishment of product prototype design, development, cost estimation, and production specifications;
• Supervise and participate in assembly of various jig, test setup and devices;
• Assist in communication and coordination of product design and low volume test production;
• Assist in the completion of relevant technical documents according to various international standards and compliance requirements;
• Design different experimental tests to verify product performance, and execute test procedures;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure device integration with the IVD instrument;
• Stay current with the latest developments in recent technologies and apply them to improve device performance
• Write technical reports and present findings to internal teams and external partners
• Follow product roadmap and initiatives, and participate in technical design.
• Respect project schedules and budget to meet project requirements.
• Practice and comply with safety standards at all times

• 機械工程或機電工程、生醫工程等相關科系畢業，具機構設計經驗、
• 喜歡動手實作，工作態度積極，願意學習，對新產品開發有高度熱忱
• 善於用創新觀點或方法改善現有設計，卓越的分析和問題解決能力
• 熟悉CAD軟體，如SolidWorks, AutoCAD，以及CNC、3D列印與其他製造方式
• 熟悉品質系統管理和QC文檔準備
• 較強的協調能力，可以獨立或在團隊環境中有效工作
• 具良好的英文能力者佳
• 熟悉IVD儀器和醫療器材產品的設計開發為加分項

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on, positive attitude towards work, willing to learn, highly enthusiastic about new product development
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Good at improving existing designs with innovative ideas or methods
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with CNC, 3D printing, and other manufacturing methods
• Familiar with Quality Systems management and documentation
• Strong coordination skills, can work effectively in an individual or teamwork setting
• Good English skills are preferred
• Experience with IVD instrumentation and medical device design is a plus
