職務内容

This is a contractor position with possibility turning into a full-time position in the near future.

Work closely with our teams in UK and US to build new product offerings leveraging the latest eCommerce and enterprise software technologies. Because we are an international team, fluency in English is a must-have. We are looking for individuals with can-do attitude and preferably with startup experiences.

We are looking for a Sr. UX/UI designer to join our design team responsible for driving innovative and groundbreaking user experiences across our platforms, products, and services. We are looking for a designer with a strong background in Web and Mobile product design experiences. We need a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person with a sense of humor and a sharp mind. Experience with financial and enterprise software products is a huge plus!


Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all UX design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness.
- Create UX wireframe, UI mockups, flow, prototypes, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design UX/UI guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

職務要件

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience and a proven track record.
- Hands-on experience creating UX wireframe, UI mockups, UI flow, prototypes, etc.
- Good Communication skill with stakeholders.
- Experience using tools such as Axure, Sketch, Balsamiq, Sympli, Zeplin, Invisoin, Principle, Kite Compositor, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML, CSS.
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

面接過程

Three rounds of interviews:

  • Initial 30min behavior interview with hiring manager
  • Technicial interview, wil be given a design project to do offline before the interview
  • Final language test and culture fit interview
