Overview：

Monitor and control the performance of processes. Utilize statistical techniques (and) statistical process control (SPC), verify process capability and implement statistical sampling inspection as appropriate. Lead quality meeting with cross-function team; identify yields trends and drive improvement opportunities.

Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process and supplier related concerns.

Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.

Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Supplier Management Program to ensure cost effectiveness.

Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier related problems as they occur.

Provides criteria and overall plans for Incoming inspection plan, First Article Inspections, RoHS verification plan and MRB material /scrap /RTS management.

Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure best manufacturing practices and quality standards are met.

Evaluates suppliers internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.

Qualification：

At least 2 years of experience are required in the following areas:

Knowledge & hands-on experience in surface mount and through-hole technologies production key processes

Knowledge and Hands-on experience on electronic products assembly and product level testing.

Ability to become familiar with supplier manufacturing process and critical steps.

Knowledge in using quality engineering techniques, including experience writing procedures and developing standards for new processes.

Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

Preferred Qualified：

Strong project & personnel leadership/Interpersonal skills and abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical data to customers, peers, and executive management as necessary.
