Cooby is hiring a Marketing Manager to grow our marketing channels by 50x in 2021-22. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role, reporting directly to the CEO.
As the marketing manager, you will work with a small team of designers and content writers to push Cooby's new SaaS product, WhatsApp client application, across various digital channels. You'll be in charge of planning and executing.
Cooby is built on trust and brand value, so we aim to craft high-quality on-brand content. As a team of quants, we also focus on driving long-term sustainable return on marketing spends.
What You Will Do
- Devise marketing strategy
- Oversee all marketing content
- Prioritize channels based on experiment results
- Execute campaigns
- Monitor results and tweak strategies accordingly
What You Have Under Your Belt
- We market to the English-speaking world, so near-native English speaking and writing skills are required.
- You have 2-5 years of marketing experience in digital channels across paid ads and content.
- You've done international marketing outside of Taiwan.
- You love startups for their high potential, fast speed, and sense of ownership.

We're an early-stage startup founded in 2020 by two ex-Facebookers based in Taipei, Taiwan. After 8 years of career, they want to bring back the culture of Silicon Valley to Taiwan, so they have Cooby - a highly freedom and transparency company with a whole team built in Taiwan and targeting the international market.
Bring Visibility to Business MessagingWe believe the product should be based on users’ pain points, digging it and solving them. Since the product launch in July 2021, a chrome extension on WhatsApp Web, we have users in 84+ countries, with 86% of surveyed users either happy or extremely happy, and we’re working to raise that. We also create a workspace for enterprises, which is a tool for the sales manager to track their sales team. We got over 10 potential users since Jan 2022.
