We are looking for a Senior Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to create a world-class SaaS service with us. Responsibilities will include leading the front-end team, building the most important product of the company, and driving initiatives. You will work with the UI/UX designer closely and bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

What will you be doing?

• Own central, complex components of the Cooby application
• Drive and deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into features
• Ramp on new web technologies that will make Cooby better
• Find elegant solutions to usability problems
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team

Skills And Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of industry experience in React JS building fast, reliable, real-time web-based applications (including experience with Hooks) 
• Experience in Leardership
• Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and eager to learn new ones, particularly in implementing AI into work/product solutions.
• Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Understand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions to a problem, valuing pragmatism over idealism
• Proficient in English reading & writing
