1. Work with Department Heads on strategic workforce planning for budgeting and recruitment purpose.
2. Co-work closely with global HRBPs and integrate global HR resources to develop corporate HR business strategies.
3. Be presentable in interpretation of company vision and culture to ensure compliance and updates of company policies and procedures .
4. Have strong P&L sense and be capable to design/renew corporate reward program
5. Have international/global HR management experience.

1. At least 8 years' HR Full function experience in multinational organization.
2. HR Proficiency and capability to influence people and drive changes toward right and positive way.
3. People-oriented and results-driven.
